Reverse of using a source trusted by many (e.g. Limbaiugh) to spread falsehood. Similar to the Clinton technique of salting the news with MANY debunkable hit-job stories to be debunked, and thereby insinuate that ALL hit job stories are bunk.
Since most of Sorcha Fall is bunk, salting truth into Sorcha Fall is a means to insinuate that the truth is bunk.
