what seems new about the current situation is that they are trying to break down the hyperdimensiomnal barrier that has, so far, prevented demons from directly manifesting physically in our everyday lives. this restriction on demonic activity has over hte millennia forced the occultists to rely on things like ouija boards, channelling, drugs like crystal meth that facilitate possession, etc.
A key symbol for this breaking down of the hyperdimensional barrier between physicality and the demonic realm is the 'destruction of the pillars' that hold up the physical reality - often depicted as the pillars of Boaz and Joachim. The Sept 11th attacks were meant to symbolize this 'destruction of the pillars.
I personally believe the reason so many people see the clock time 11;11 when they are doing something positive is that whatever activity/thought they are entertaining at that time supports the maintenance of the veil that protects us from demonic activity.
