I think it is becoming obvious that Mueller did not have much part in writing this report—probably left that jobs to the underlings. He seems to not know what is in it even with it in front of him.
Someone needs to straight up ask him if he wrote the report.
Geez…..no wonder he didn't want to testify. I have never seen anything like this.
