Assume a counter-example, that SC was doing nothing looking into Trump or the Trump campaign. The DEMs would insist SC be fired for not working the investigation, and Trump was obstructing justice by not firing SC.
Mueller will not answer if anything in Barr's statement of report was conclusions was inaccurate.
