Andy McCarthy just said on Fox that he couldn't see any way that Mueller could've involved in the leadership of the SC inveestigation….It was a staff-lead investigation.

What if Mueller was just a placeholder and the targets all along have been all the Clinton lawyers he chose to be on the SC staff. Mueller just seems lost in all this.
