CSPAN and ABC 'pre-scripted' possibilites

a. Every member has a script and most likely many forward them to media outlets;

b. There is always a huge delay of 10-15 seconds on most stations. (watch cnbc or bloomberg and the market open some time) The buzz lines may be on a different feed line with less delay than what is being broadcast.
