Yet the special counsel’s much-publicized final report claims to

have “established” and “confirmed” Russian government activities

based in part on the indictment against Concord, which is a breach

of prosecutorial rules, Judge Friedrich said.

For example, Mueller’s report says that Concord CEO Yevgeny

Prigozhin “is widely reported to have ties to Russian President

Vladimir Putin.” That’s an assertion, not evidence.

Mueller was being deliberately disingenuous.

The same applies to the "hack" of the DNC emails.

They were Not hacked. They were downloaded onto a memory device

by an insider who had authorized access to the DNC system.

Calling it a "hack" is deliberately misleading as it suggests it

was the work of a outside hacker. But the data transfer speed

show it was done internally by someone within the DNC .

Again deliberately disingenuous - Mueller knowingly published downright LIES.
