Mueller's report, and now his testimony, misrepresented and so misled on the matter of POTUS actions and words regarding firing Mueller.

As noted earlier, firing Mueller would not constitute obstruction of justice. It would have been a politically risky move. Politics is unavoidable, obviously. On the other hand, POTUS co-operated with the investigation far and above the standard applicable for obstruction of justice.

Misrepresentation can happen by mistake. When the error is brought to one's attention, continued misrepresentation becomes deliberate falsification of the record.

Rep Jordan just nailed this point by citing Mueller's report regarding Mfsud. Mueller and his team did not "investigate". It did other stuff. Calling it an investigation is misleading.

It has become a central theme of Mueller's testimony.
