She probably signed these every year she was secretary, her signatures on them are her written acknowledgement of brief and understanding. Also she acknowledged that she has had all her questions answered and understands the documents. This is proof she did know every section of law that Comey claimed she didn’t. At some point Mr. Comey needs to be asked this question publicly.
