So many "good sounding" groups are either hijacked or actually formed in order to carry out the very things they reportedly oppose. In my opinion, children are safe in only one place: Healthy families. If a group takes a child out of their home and family they seem almost universally to end up being bad.

You posted about the Children's Defense Fund. I am similarly upset about CPS. CPS child snatchings got a boost when Bill Clinton signed legislation making it profitable to the states to get children adopted away from their families.

I truly believe that we're at some sort of significant moment. The build-up has been stressful and very, very hard to endure.

No matter what happens next I like one statement you made: "then I for one won't be sending my hard earned $ to anyone."

I think it is time to stop sending people our money to take care of our business. We can do it better ourselves. I've spent hours researching (for $0) subjects that I believe were of critical importance.
