Just wondering if it's more than just the Disney cruises. A lot of cruise lines seem to have private islands in the Caribbean. Royal Caribbean leases Labadee, which is just off the coast of Haiti (technically part of Haiti, I believe). Is it possible they're in on it as well?

Major. The French have that great big changing of the vacations right now. Traffic's gonna be awful anyway.
Seems a perfect opportunity to me. Parents are distracted and let the cruise company take charge of the kiddies so they can go play.
Or the trafficking coincides with large population areas. Check that first before you go with a specific ethnicity.
