I don't think we'll know who it is even when they say the persons name. Just a good prosecutor that worked inside DOJ for his career. We only know names at the top and Sessions is going to go out of his way to choose someone who isn't tangled up in the soap opera now, or in the past.
Can't say I know anything for sure, I'm just guessing it will be someone who hasn't been in the news, or if so, it's peripherally like their name mentioned in a case prosecuting mobsters or something. The way Sessions said it, it sounds like a former DOJ employee, not a current one.
