Barr's Russiagate Origin Probe Pivots To 'Smoking Gun' Tapes With Exculpatory Evidence

A DOJ internal review of the Russia investigation is now focusing on transcripts of (not-so) covertly recorded conversations between former Trump campaign aide George Papadopoulos and 'at least one government source' during an overseas conversation in 2016.

In particular, DOJ investigators are focusing on why certain exculpatory (or exonerating) evidence from the transcripts was not included in subsequent FBI surveillance warrant applications, according to Fox News, citing two sources familiar with the review.

"A source told Fox News that the "exculpatory evidence" included in the transcripts is Papadopoulos denying having any contact with the Russians to obtain the supposed "dirt" on Clinton," according to the report.

And while Fox doesn't name the 'government source,' it's undoubtedly Australian diplomat and Clinton ally Alexander Downer, who was "idiotic enough" to spy on Papadopoulos with his phone, according to the former Trump aide.

Brazil airport heist: WATCH armed robbers in police disguise steal 750kg of gold in broad daylight

It took a team of armed robbers disguised as cops less than 3 minutes to steal some $40mn worth of gold and other precious metals from a Sao Paulo airport terminal in a sophisticated heist that was captured by CCTV cameras.

Without firing a single shot, the gang of eight pulled off what has become Brazil's third-largest robbery ever, worthy of the most sophisticated Hollywood scripts. The footage captured by a security camera shows the suspects arriving at the export depot of the cargo terminal of Brazil’s busiest airport in a black truck, resembling a federal police vehicle

Four masked men jumped out and confronted the airport workers, forcing them to load 750 kilos of gold and precious metals valued at around $40 million and destined for Zurich, Switzerland and New York, USA, into their car.

The gang took two people hostage, but released them after abandoning the vehicles used in the robbery. As part of their getaway plan, the gang offloaded the precious cargo into a van and an ambulance and escaped in an unknown direction.

A massive manhunt, involving both the police and the military, is underway to recover the gold. The thieves may have had access to internal information about airport operations, authorities believe.

THE UPDATED LIST: 130 Times the FBI, DOJ and/or Mueller Gang “Deviated from Standard Practice” or Committed Crimes in Efforts to Exonerate Hillary and Indict President Trump

On March 8th, 2019, we prepared a list of the more than 100 times that Obama’s Deep State FBI took actions that deviated from standard practice and/or were corrupt and/or were criminal in their efforts to exonerate Hillary from her crimes and then spy on and frame candidate and then President Trump. After the Mueller train wreck this past week we thought we’d provide an updated list of these unbelievable actions.

Here’s our list from March of more than 100 actions the Deep State FBI and DOJ took that were either outside of policy and/or were corrupt and/or were criminal surrounding the 2016 Presidential election and exoneration of Hillary Clinton and the setup/attempts to remove Donald Trump from office –

In 2008, a questionable person on John McCain’s presidential campaign caught the attention of FBI counterintelligence, and the FBI privately approached McCain. That questionable person was quietly removed from Team McCain. The Trump campaign was never afforded this same courtesy [source].

Paul Manafort interviewed with the FBI twice before he joined the Trump campaign [source] (If Manafort was guilty of anything, he was guilty during the time period he served as McCain’s campaign manager, not Trump’s campaign manager, and if Manafort was guilty of anything, why did it take ten years for the FBI to take action against Manafort?) And why didn’t the FBI warn Trump about Manafort if they had concerns?

Somehow every clear security breach in the Clinton camp was no big deal, while every fourth-hand contact with someone who could possibly be linked to Russia was evidence that Donald Trump was secretly serving as a Russian agent [source].

Comey made no public show of his announcement on the Oct. 28, 2016, decision to reopen the Clinton email investigation. Instead, Comey quietly sent a terse and private letter to the chairs and the ranking members of the oversight committees on the Hill, informing them, vaguely, that the FBI was taking additional steps in the Clinton email investigation, unlike the public announcement about the counterintelligence investigation of the Trump campaign [source].

FiveEyes has a standing agreement to not spy on each other’s citizens without a warrant, and yet, the FBI and the CIA frequently accepted both official and unofficial intelligence on members of the Trump campaign, from not only FiveEyes but other countries as well [source].

Additionally with regard to FiveEyes, not using normal intelligence channels for a major counterintelligence investigation and, instead, relying on political channels is another deviation from the standard practice, such as in the instance of Alexander Downer relaying information to the State Department who then passed it on to the FBI [source].

Andrew McCabe, the former deputy director of the FBI, told House lawmakers during a closed-door interview in late 2017 that other than the probe into Hillary Clinton’s unauthorized use of a private email server, he was not aware of any instance in which an FBI exoneration statement was drafted months prior to the conclusion of an investigation as was done (twice) in the case of the Midyear investigation [source].

Right before the election, the DOJ also inexplicably dropped all charges against Marc Turi in the Benghazi legal matter that had lasted for five years. Some saw it as a way to protect Clinton [source].

Comey sidestepped direct questions over whether Clinton’s carelessness should disqualify her from future access to classified information but indicated that any government employee who had similarly handled secret government information would be subject to a rigorous security review to determine “suitability” [source].

IG Report: Nobody was listed as a subject of this [Clinton email] investigation at any point in time (So neither Hillary nor her top aides were formally under investigation by FBI at any time in 2015-2016, but the agents handling the issue thought it was a criminal action) [source].

There was no investigation regarding Bill Clinton’s famously clandestine meeting with the head of the Department of Justice, Loretta Lynch, on a private plane in Phoenix just days before the FBI announced its decision to exonerate Clinton [source].

‘This is the endgame’: Instagram users vent after site culls meme-posting accounts

Instagram has suspended scores of popular ‘meme’ accounts that collectively have tens of millions of followers, during a mass purge of the platform. The move was met with shock and anger by users.

The cull was carried out on Friday with no warning to users other than an email to tell the account holders that they had been suspended. One, @Finest.Inventions, claimed more than 13 million followers alone.

12-Year-Old New York Girl Arrested For Spray-Painting Swastikas Around Town

olice in Ontario County, which is situated near the finger lakes in western New York State, have arrested a 12-year old girl for spray painting swastikas on a local church and on the sides of buildings, NBC New York reports.

Possibly setting a record for the youngest person to be arrested for hate crimes (the 12-year-old is facing criminal charges…despite being 12 years old). There's no word as to whether her parents are facing any kind of punishment.

However, the Ontario County police assured the media that the child is being charges with criminal mischief as a juvenile, and that the case would be handled in family court.

Last week, authorities found a swastika on Mt. Calvary Church in Geneva, a town located about an hour's drive southeast of Rochester. Soon after, more swastikas began to appear, on garage doors and on a local armory.

Phrases like "white power" were also spray painted on garage doors.

Police say the young girl acted alone.

Crazily enough, this isn't the first incident this year of a young child committing a heinous hate crime. The Washington Post reported on an incident in New Jersey where a 13-year-old boy assault a classmate and the classmate's mother after taunting them to "go back behind the wall" (the two victims were Mexican).

The mother, Beronica Ruiz, suffered serious injuries and was hospitalized for two days after the attack. The assailant in this attack is facing one count each of aggravated assault and simple assault. He has been released to his parents, and the case is being handled in family court.

"This was a brutal hate crime, and it was committed by a 13-year-old," Santiago said. "I don’t know what circumstances could give rise to a 13-year-old boy having such hate in his heart that he would commit this brutal attack and leave a woman essentially to die in front of her children without any remorse or any twinge of conscience," Ruiz said.

Ruiz maintains that the assault could have been avoided if her child's school had responded more aggressively to complaints that the 13-year-old was using racial slurs against her son.

Barack Obama hasn’t left any tweets and Hillary Clinton has ignored the Mueller train wreck by tweeting about how her corrupt Clinton Foundation was somehow supposedly helping someone. Of course, this is a lie based on Clinton Foundation actions to date.

In Brennan’s twitter handle, Brennan, who many believe was the architect of the Trump – Russia witch hunt, claims to be concerned about “our collective future”.

World's Central Banks End Pact That Limited Selling Of Gold

In a surprising announcement on Friday morning, the European Central Bank said the 21 signatories of the 4th Central Bank Gold Agreement (CBGA) "no longer see the need for formal agreement" as the market has developed and matured, and as a result the signatories "decided not to renew the Agreement upon its expiry in September 2019."

For readers unfamiliar, the first CBGA was signed in 1999 to coordinate planned gold sales by the various central banks. When it was introduced, the ECB notes that "the Agreement contributed to balanced conditions in the gold market by providing transparency regarding the intentions of the signatories. It was renewed three times in 2004, 2009 and 2014, gradually moving towards less stringent terms."

The fourth CBGA, which expires on 26 September 2019, was signed by the ECB, the Nationale Bank van België/Banque Nationale de Belgique, the Deutsche Bundesbank, Eesti Pank, the Central Bank of Ireland, the Bank of Greece, the Banco de España, the Banque de France, the Banca d’Italia, the Central Bank of Cyprus, Latvijas Banka, Lietuvos bankas, the Banque centrale du Luxembourg, the Central Bank of Malta, De Nederlandsche Bank, the Oesterreichische Nationalbank, the Banco de Portugal, Banka Slovenije, Národná banka Slovenska, Suomen Pankki – Finlands Bank, Sveriges Riksbank and the Swiss National Bank.

The simplest reason why the agreement is no longer needed, is that whereas central banks used to sell gold in the 1990s and early 2000s, most famously the UK's sale of 401 tonnes of gold of its total 715 tonne holdings under Gordon Brown, broadly seen as one of the "worst investment decisions of all time", currently they are buying at an unprecedented pace, and in 2018, central bank gold demand was the highest in the "modern" era, or since Nixon closed the gold window in 1971.
