She had infant life vest and it was apparently cut. She was old and out of shape.

 

The guy “helping her” was the asst health director

NO scuba diver ( you’re told ahead of time what to see and so you see what you think you’ll see )

 

He could’ve easily been strangling her or needle her (autopsy report? Any needle holes left out?)

 

Funny how she got stuck with busted infant life vest - easy to setup a sabotage for that

 

Motive: did assistant get paycheck or promotion after she died ?

I thought about this earlier. Being a photoshopfag I know/understand how I could manipulate a document to look manipulated… like cut it up and isolate each element to a layer so that I can “toggle” visibility etc, but that doesn’t prove the original source (scanned) wasn’t “authentic”.

 

They didn’t have PDFs in 1961 so this doesn’t prove a whole lot honestly.
