Found it in the notables. Jump cut is not in the raw footage. Created a new gif of the scene people are most interested in. Slowed it down and have it ping pong back and forth in forward and reverse motion.

Also, that's a PB. Sorry phonefags. I was trying to post this PB, but it kept hanging, I think the gif was too big, so I had to recreate it, but by that point the bread was baked and I had to post it in this bread.
I'm not sure that memes would become illegal. I'm not a lawfag, but don't memes fall under fair use? They're mostly satirical (protected under fair use), and they are often used for news or educational purposes (also protected under fair use). This legislation doesn't look like it's redefining what is copyrighted, just how someone can try to go after people they believe are violating their copyrights.
I'm not saying I'm correct, I'm just providing alternative thoughts to help the collective.
NP. My gif slowed it down, but you can slow down on YouTube using the gear icon playback speed.
The only thing I can say definitively is that she is absolutely behaving differently than everyone else, but I also consider, everyone else appeared to be significantly younger. I definitely see a diver, but I'm hoping a more eagle-eyed anon can do something with stills to really make it apparent, like the leaked IG photos from Epstein's. Lots of great photo-processing anons have done amazing things with those low res caps.
