Whatever you say. Photoshop is not Adobe Illustrator. You are an expert of nothing.

>I know/understand how I could manipulate a document to look manipulated…
Kek. Did you actually bother to type that?
You seem to be ignoring that it was Obama's Admn. who released the false document in the first place.

>like cut it up and isolate each element to a layer so that I can “toggle” visibility etc,
Bullshit. Scanned documents don't automatically separate the security background from the rest of the document. This same false argument was being used by shills back in 2013, claiming that OCR would have separated the document into layers. It is simply untrue.

>but that doesn’t prove the original source (scanned) wasn’t “authentic”.
There was no original document. The "scan" is a fraud. Plain. And. Simple.

>They didn’t have PDFs in 1961 so this doesn’t prove a whole lot honestly.
Nonsense. You are clearly trying to muddy the waters, because it is irrelevant that PDFs didn't exist in 1961. What IS relevant, is that in 1961, Obunghole's fake birth certificate states that he was born an African American, a term not used for Blacks in 1961.
FFS, it's not as if Arpaio's Cold Case Posse didn't find the EXACT birth certificate that was used to forge the Kenyan Contortionist's fake birth certificate. Oh, wait. The Cold Case Posse DID find the exact birth certificate that was used to forge the fraudulent certificate.
