The reptilians are not the anunnaki; the Anunnaki Draconians are victims of these parasites just like we are. And the reptilians that are native to Earth are unrelated to the Draconians in any way. While many Terran reptilians became adherents of the Anunnaki about 30-40 thousand years ago, the ones remaining on Earth now are functionally immune to the parasite and have no connection to the Anunnaki.

No–they do not have physical bodies. They come from a "deeper" dimension than ours. They are spiritual entities existing in a lower-vibrational plane than we do. When they come here, they require low-frequency energy sources to sustain themselves, as they are out of phase with this dimension and unable to work with most of the energy that naturally occurs here. They can get this type of energy from us when we experience negative emotions and when we are involved in violence, hatred, abuse, and similar things. As some occult researchers describe it, they need "loosh" from us (I really hate this shitty boomer term, but it's at least close to an accurate description) and obtaining it is a major portion of their time spent here. But why they come here just to spend most of their time trying to meet their basic needs at greatly reduced efficiency is a mystery to me. I don't know what their long-term goal is apart from feeding. In their own dimension, low-frequency energy is not as hard to come by.
