Have not been able to find a connection between LORETTA FUDDY and either the BUTTERFIELDs or DEMINKs, but PHINAS DEMINK was in the same areas that LORETTA FUDDY was at the same time. (More on this in another drop).
How was in that the DEMINK's were able to purchase a 3.6 million dollar home in 2015, after announcing the expansion of their brewery in LAKEWOOD NY that same year?
Wouldn't all their monies be tied up in the expansion in their company?
Even with bank / business loans for company expansion, which bank would then loan them 3.6 million dollars for a home in Florida, while they were doing this?
In the this post >>7232182 it states that FUDDY purchased the property at 1570 HARBOR CAY LN for 3.9 million dollars (cash), but records are showing that the Butterfields still owned the property at that time, but yet, exactly one year later, the DEMINK's purchase it.
How is it that ANDRE' (ANDY) BUTTERFIELD dies "SUDDENLY" at the age of 69 in Sept of 2017?
Any search for any info about his death, yields only the obituary stating his death. The same obit, appears in various papers, word for word. Nothing else can be found concerning this.
