Ok. I may be a little bit late to this party but i feel this may be worth noting.

In OP's pics (second pic) notice her Front Teeth are discolored. Those are fakes/caps . Caps generally discolor much different than real teeth over time. Maybe just coincidence OR maybe her original Front (2) teeth were very distinctive and she needed to swap her smile & ID .
