how do we even know the books were ever even printed?
the Sultana was destroyed off of Arkansas with great loss of life. I always wondered if that was something to do with the Arkansas being corrupt even back then.
I remember hearing years ago that before she died an exorcism was performed on her because she displayed signs of needing it.
James town is abandoned as a place to live.
I wonder if the locals are afraid that if it were used to live there that digging would reveal secrets about the early life there.
I was at a book store and read some of a couple of books skimmed them, about htat place. It was a slave plantation for European indentured servants.
Sounded like it might have been a very bad place to end up for a lot of people. LIke they maybe weren't treated that well unless they were on the inside of the con.
so the whole place is abandoned in shame, I suppose.
and they pretend it's this great big-deal first settlement.
am I being too brutal?
I envisioned 'the Blob', from that science-fiction parody horror movie. In one scene The Blob breaks through the screen of a horror movie where all the other kids are, who weren't afraid of the meteor crash. It's such an obvous allegory for the apathy induced by bad media. So I said "that anon's post looks like a LARP" and didn't post to him. But you did.
oh no . . . the LARP
it's a great big black blob . . .
it attacks you in a meta realm: maybe they are dreams? or maybe it's Caroline Channing Channeling Carol Channeling . . . as a shape shifter . . .
owwweeoooohhoooeeeooyeee . . .
here there is no 'us' in the way that you use.
No one directs us with a royal we.
we don't llet false authority say what this place is without at least saying "every post is it's own thing, it's owned only by the poster." there is never the 'look' of a 'mob' here ever.
I was thinking, in that post as 'The LARP' as akin to 'THE BLOB'
go ahead , believe a fake narrative that has no sauce.
that's fine.
It doesn't bother me.
your way of thinking: if someone tries to make light of the obvious fraud of a bogus narrative that you would believe the bogus narrative more?
becuase of ? ? ? to get back at me?
because you don't like someone's bold and forward approch at making fun of an obvious bogus larp you declare that my attempt to make fun gives you reason to believe a sauceless narrative?
have at it.
how far do you take your effort to give it "credance (sic) in my eyes" as you say.
