That black shape and yellow shape are the knee and foot of the person laying on their back. It’s not a scuba diver.

Someone had posted a gif that slowed the video down and it went back and forth. Watching the video, you see IT IS A KNEE AND FOOT - NOT A DIVER.

This is disinfo, op may have just made a mistake, but with how hard this is pushed it makes me wonder.

Watch the video for yourself, try and find that gif from yesterday. Not a diver.

why? Watch the gif and the video, it was the first time i seen it that clearly.

Someone is laying on their back, hence why that yellow vest is pointing up in the air. Someone is laying on their back, therefore you can’t see their head. Laying on their back in that position, they were slowly kicking. That “head of the diver” is someone wearing black slacks and it’s the knee coming up out of the water. The yellow that comes up is the sole of their shoe.

I am not saying there weren’t divers out there, i still don’t know exactly where Fuddy was in that video. If that is her in the background far away from everyone else, it is entirely possible that a diver drowned her and no one was nearby to see.

But trying to paint this as a diver is counter productive. There is someone facing directly where the “diver” comes up. There was no reaction like surprise on their face if they saw a diver pop up out of nowhere. And the video shows an underwater bit where there is no sign of a diver in the vicinity.
