I believe this is 2in Blue tape.
But this is weird considering its covering every seam in the cabinets. I paint cabinets for apartments, and houses. This is nothing that is about to be painted.

Says that it looks like a Ozone machine on the floor. She uses these in apartments when someone moved/kicked out and the place reeks like smoke, shit, or piss, (Obama Breath).
Im wondering why the hell they would need these though.
