Q: Does Barack Obama have Kenyan citizenship?
The Rocky Mountain News has reported (below) that Barack Obama "Holds both American and Kenyan (since 1963) citizenship." Is this true?

The document lists Barry Soetoro as a Indonesian citizen, born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, and shows his Muslim step-father listed the boy's religion as Islam.(AP Photo/ Tatan Syuflana)
A quick search through Google reveals that there is an actual Associated Press photographer by the name Tatan Syuflana. It appears that this photographer specializes in the Indonesian region of the world. The above photo which is hosted on Daylife.com was uploaded about 18 months ago. The upload timeframe would have been around February 14, 2007 about 2 or so weeks after the document was released according to the photo caption from Daylife.com that states that the document was made available on January 24, 2007.

This is certainly intriguing to say the least.
When I first heard that Ms Fuddy had been in an accident, I immediately thought she may be ready to expose something that has been conveniently omitted from the Obama birth certificate releases.
Something like maybe there exists sealed adoption records and that the birth certificates issued were actually legal issues from an adoption.
Hawaii law allowed for easy issues in 1961. The laws were changed later.
The question then becomes whether a foreign born adopted orphan child is a lawful natural born citizen.
Lots of unanswered questions.

When Hawaii Health Director Loretta Fuddy, a central player in the production of Barack Obama’s controversial birthcertificate died in a mysterious plane crash, those of us who are convinced that the birth certificate was forged, suspected foul play. Of course we were belittled. A month later, the cause of her death was released, cardiac arrhythmia. Now, a recently discovered report from a Maui Police Detective reveals that Loretta Fuddy’s heart wasn’t the problem after all. She drowned…. with her life jacket on.

Why would the Police Chief tell me that HRS 841-3 was not in effect?
They did NOT take witness statements. There was not one witness statement that said anythinq about Fuddy beyond sayinq that she sat in front of Rosa Key. Period. The only witnesses they spoke to were Jacob, Rose, and Hollstein, and Rosa’s comment that Fuddy sat in front of her was the only mention of Fuddy at all.
They did NOTHINQ. N.O.T.H.I.N.Q. to investiqate this. Because they claim HRS 841-03 didn’t apply.
It would apply if
….. they received notice
…..of the unattended death
…..of a person within their jurisdiction
Which one of those requirements was not met?
And if they were not met, then why did Maui County pay for an autopsy (even if they never flew the physician to Molokai where the body was so she could do an autopsy… and they had the autopsy too early in the morninq, before the first fliqht would have arrived if they HAD flown her to Molokai)?

So, there you have it. Loretta Fuddy is floating in her life jacket holding hands with her Assistant, Keith Yamamoto. A diver completely dressed in black surfaces momentarily for about 3 seconds and seems to be doing something to her foot or leg. My theory is that he administered some type of injection that ultimately caused Dr. Fuddy’s death. The he lets go and vanishes. The plan was not to be seen, but she may have felt something and pulled her foot away, and he had no choice but to surface to get to the foot. I have no idea why that would be so important, unless they felt that a medical examiner is less likely to see an injection site on a foot or ankle.
