It must have been a year or more ago that I down loaded them. There may be more audits now. The thing I remember is that (1) they wrote their own internal guidelines.

my understanding of it when I was researching it was that the communisits who set themselves up there were (1) trying to be a 4th branch of unaccountible government, (2) (seeming ) to be using all that data to blackmail the people who they were supposedly overseeing (the financial industry). It looked like blackmail ring.
