Yeah she's pointing at herself in a pic which is the blue pill but she's being directed to point in the general direction of an exposed camera not in the diegesis of the movie. But if he's throwing in all sorts of subconscious cues like 17 and this shot, then he's definitely trying to say something. Perhaps he's mocking his own self and controllers as people that ARE actually in the story of reality and are klutzes for losing control. And perhaps "her" survival in the end is a sort of fantasy for himself and anybody else that can squeak out of the death pit that's coming for them all in the grand finale.
