2c) Rosa Key (passenger stared she saw elderly woman in apparent shock and was quiet - states she was alone)

2d) C. Phillip Hollstein Jr. (passenger)

2e) Ferdinand Puentes (video taker)

2f) Loretta Fuddy (Death)

2g) Keith Yamamato (Assistant to Fuddy, said he helped her put on infant life vest, held her hand, let go and she drifted away)

2h) Marylin Briley (passenger)

2i) Bruce Briley (passenger - broke ribs)

3: Autopsy findings determine cause of death was cardiac arrhythmia - NOT DROWNING

3a) Although her brother stated Loretta Fuddy did not have heart problems, it is not implausible to believe a plane crash would cause said arrhythmia.

3b) The National Association of Medical Examiners (NAME) guide for manner of death classification states:

Autopsy should demonstrate an organic cardiac disease process of a type commonly associated with a predisposition to lethal cardiac arrhythmia. In the absence of a grossly or microscopically identifiable organic cardiac disease, the case may involve a functional cardiac disorder (such as a conduction system disorder) that has no anatomic correlation.

3c) The autopsy did not identify any underlying diseases or disorders to effectively and properly diagnose cause of death as “cardiac arrhythmia”. Without that evidence, there is no case to make this a cause of death.

AT 2:44 in the video you can see loretta fuddy on left side, 2 rows up. (identified as passenger #3). She is wearing a white shirt with designs, black slacks, and tennis shoes with yellow sole.

Loretta Fuddy is the person struggling and laying on her back in the video!

Watching that video, it is Keith Yamamoto that is next to her. You never see her head out of the water. The manner in which her legs are kicking indicate she is trying to right her body in the water - to be upright.

This whole thing is weird. I think he only left her after she was dead. Mary Bliney states that she saw her later - alone, “was in shock, and quiet”. I think when mary passed her, she was already dead.
