I gonna give some props to Rod Rosenstein.

I believe that he helped take this down.

Bear with me.

He was up against McCabe and company and was outnumbered and outgunned. If he takes on McCabe, the group will set him up too. Remember that they were investigating Sessions too. So ole Rod brings in a washed up Mueller. Why?

1- McCabe/Weissman and team lawfare will think they have a respected figurehead who will stay out of the way.

2- But ole Rod is playing the long game.

3- When Barr comes in Rod can execute his won plan. He shuts down the investigation and changes Weissman’s obstruction conclusion

4- Weissman can not complain that his conclusion was changed. Otherwise he reveals that Mueller was a figured head

5- Weissman sends the letter in Muellers name as a backup plan.

6- Barr outsmarts Weissman by calling Mueller and getting the confused Mueller on tape

7- Weissman gets Mueller to appear in person after coaching sessions.

8- Its obvious Mueller never ran the show. But Weismman cant say that or the scam is revealed

9 Rod played this well. He isolated Weismman and foiled his report. And Weissman can not say a damn thing

”There are 3 kinds of people in this world:

Those who MAKE THINGS HAPPEN:

Those who WATCH things happen; and

Those who WONDER, ‘What happened?’

Now, tell me, which kind is Donald J. Trump?

NO FURTHER QUESTIONS….

Let’s see if any senator can articulate an objection beyond calling Nunes a stooge for PDJT.

The gang of eight would come unglued. Susan Rice would write an op-ed accusing Nunes of not being up to the task and make the talk show circuit. Clapper and Brennan would be trotted out to testify against his nomination. Wray might hide under his own desk. Pompeo would testify in support. Gina Haspel probably would testify in his support. The NSA director and whoever ends up being the Secretary of Defense and the top military brass would show up to support his nomination — in a heartfelt manner or otherwise. Ted Cruz would advocate for him in a reasoned and eloquent manner. Grassley would support him. Mitt would try to sound like a statesman while giving a thumbs down.

Mitch would be caught in a hard place. He would have to appear to be trying to move the nomination forward. In fact, this might be a good time for Mitch and his wife Elaine to bow out and travel the world. Cornyn would become majority leader since he is enough of a RINO to be palatable to the RINOs and Dimms in the Senate.

Speaking of the Senate Dimms, the vast majority of them would go full bore nuts at the thought of Devin Nunes as the new DNI. It would be feeding time in the primate house.

A Nunes confirmation for DNI would make the Kavanaugh hearings appear similar to afternoon tea. It could be quite revelatory. Nunes would not even need to resign from his congressional seat.

Winning, without even winning.
