NOTICE: Major breakthrough at "Site 51.". July 26, 2019

(Sensitive # xxxxxxxx TS 209-AB-One T-7; test report: O'Siris "GoD")

NASA team; NA-237 completed a major breakthrough in space travel and transportation.

Mach effect is part of a hypothesis proposed by James F. Woodward in 1990. The hypothesis states that transient mass fluctuations arise in any object that absorbs internal energy while undergoing a proper acceleration. Harnessing this effect could generate a reactionless thrust, which Woodward and others have claimed to have measured in previous experiments.

Hypothetically, the Jim Woodward hypothesis (Ernest Mach effect) would allow for field propulsion spacecraft engines that would not have to expel matter.

Such a proposed engine is sometimes called the "Mach Effect Thruster (MET) or a Mach Effect Gravitational Assist (MEGA) drive. So far, experimental results have not strongly supported this hypothesis, but experimental research on this effect and its potential applications continues at site 51 NAV test Center.

The Space Studies Institute was selected as part of NASA's Innovative Advanced Team and has demonstrated that the Mach effect is valid and could explain the "Wormhole" Hypothesis of space travel:

"…. Nasa is a major player in space science. Recently a team from the agency presents evidence that microwave thrusters seem to work.

"Something previously unknown is definitely going on. Either the results are completely wrong, or Nasa has confirmed a major breakthrough in space propulsion". (Turner) ……

…… NASA recently built and demonstration that the system has merit, which seems to confirm the MACH theory. According to the law of conservation of momentum, it cannot work. However recent experiments at NASA's Space Tech working out of 'Site 51" has demonstrated that the systems theory does in fact work.

Last year (2018) a Chinese team built its own MET drive and confirmed that it produced 720 mN (about 72 grams) of thrust, enough for a practical satellite thruster. . Guido Fetta built a test mode and it's propellant-less microwave thruster, managed to persuade NASA to test it which was accomplished a few months ago at the Nevada test center……….Space Travel to distance planets light-years away is possible if the systems work according to recent testings… Bulletin # 30127 TED.
