Trying to figure out the center [DL] [PS] [DL], marked with red arrow in center. Maybe David Laufman two times or maybe another [DL]. Also [PS] Peter Strzok , he is FBI not DOJ, or someone else. I believe that these lines are the chain of custody for dirt and money so order may matter.
