For some reason, something has been bothering me about the position of the hands in this image. I can't help thinking that perhaps they were photo-shopped in those positions for a specific reason. Perhaps it's something in sign language that we're supposed to be reading?

Problem is, all I can make out is possible C_ _ L P.

Or maybe it's a number/date?
