We do simulated events with our local sheriff, looks like "fake" blood..
We play OpFor for county swat with local Leos.
Blood is too RED, unless everyone hit an artery… but doubtful
My thoughts too, we use simulation Ammunition, and fake blood.. looks very similar to our scenes.
We do a lot of school shooter drills, for our guys.

Same city that had an AR15 gang hit recently. Mayor was arrested a while back on federal charges..
City also is a refugee zone.. major Syrian population in the city.
