I reported that Dennis Kucinich introduced a bill outlawing chemtrails. After talking to two scientists at Wright Patterson Air Force base, I wrote about the ability to create sky antennas in the sky for worldwide communications. Take a look UN ENMOD treaty that prohibits the artificial manipulation of the weather for military purposes. The loophole is that you can use it for commercial purposes.
