I'm getting so sick of people saying YouTube (or other social media) is censoring us.

If I own a data storage that I allow people to use for free… should I be expected/required to store/save/preserve every bit of data that is uploaded to my storage for eternity?

Uh… fuck that. I can clean out my storage whenever I feel like it, and I can get rid of whatever bit of data I feel like getting rid of.

I agree it sucks if it seems you are being censored or if it seems like your free speech is being taken. But really… do you expect the data collectors/storage businesses to store your data for eternity?

Your free speech is not gone… you can go outside and say whatever you want, you can use your printer to make pamphlets for distribution anywhere, and you can operate your own storage and let others upload for sharing.

Or you can continue being selfish and expect Big Brother to reach over and help you up.
