Yes, life is suffering and there is no escape from this realization. It’s a fact that each of us must face at some point in our lives.
Everyone you know will die and you will too. So, what can an anon do about it? Christ showed us the way. He accepted his own suffering as the prerequisite for “being” and by facing his own mortality voluntarily, he rose above it.
So, pick up your cross and bare it! But, if you refuse to do so, you make your own suffering and those around you infinitely worse.
