Sleeper = Stealth bomber?
Thanks fren. I understand "sleeper cell" just trying to think of the ultimate stealth situation. One thing to be stealth (ie silent) but another to seem to be DS side but actually "undercover." Wray himself even tesitifed that there was no spying on POTUS.
