Whether Comey is a black or white hat, it makes sense to coordinate the release of the IG report with this book.
If white hat - Trump gets a confirmation of everything in the IG report.
If black hat - Comey shows himself to be a huge liar and instantly destroys his credibility.
I don't think anybody really knows.
But the IG report can't really do anything to most of Obama's people… only current employees.
The important part is that the IG findings have been referred to DOJ prosecutors, who have the ability to create warrants, compel testimony, and indict Obama people.
So the real question is when THAT starts.
