Hadn't seen this mentioned. POTUS "congresses" -just congress plural and not congress' (possessive). Knowing how corrupt they've been for so long through the years with various people, he'd mean: congresses' for plural-possessive had he added apostrophe on end. This one has me stumped with just the plural.

Yeah, we know how utterly warped apostrophe usage is now - used when not needed and omitted when they are) but everything's Intentional with POTUS, and it hasn't been corrected yet.
