OK anons somebody wanna help me dig thru these to see if we can find either Emma "El Chapo's" wife/lover or Huma Abedin OR the ex-president of Mexico in Italy?

Last rumor was that the ex Mexico president has had his wife in Italy buying a house there

I wonder if all the rest of those worthless Democrats are doing the same

Multiple Italian gossip/fashion mags that would definitely run pics of Emma or Huma because women want to know what they're wearing:

>Italy put up Hitler after defeat

Definitely true.

Even lame History Channel's "Hunting Hitler" series nailed this down hard.

The ratline ran down through the Alps, where they were given shelter & assistance at multiple churches, then to Rome where they received travel documents using the Red Cross, then out to sea (to wherever) out of the port of Genoa

That is, the ones that American OSS didn't whisk straight over to be scientists and engineers here.

Fascinating, riveting part of history

We didn't get to learn this in school, but man, is it crazy to learn it now!

The Vatican and the Red Cross DID help thousands of Nazis escape justice!

Aiding and abetting much, Rome?

What's the statute of limitations on war crimes in international courts?

And the Vatican bank which just "can't" be audited?

Have traveled to Italy a number of times.

They have a gigantic head-start on us as far as history and corruption.

Italians are VERY divided politically

There's also a major North vs. South division in Italy (same as England, but more so)

Also check out the multiple border changes in Italy since 1850 in video related

(I remember thinking all this was boring in the 10th grade, kek - not so much now)

This is just one anon's anecdote, but when traveling in northeastern Italy, near the Alps, I was surprised to discover that many locals spoke in German dialect.

The local food seems more Bavarian than Italian

That region WAS part of Austria-Hungary before World War I

It is the same with the region of France near Strasbourg, which used to be part of Germany

If you ever research your genealogy and get "stuck" tracing someone in that region, try the other country's records.

So foolish of people to DDOS Voat over this.

They obviously don't know history, but the sad part is that they don't want anyone else to know it, either.

These things HAPPENED

We need to look at them, learn about them, examine details under a bright light.

That's how we process the facts, gain perspective, and move on with better ways to make decisions.

You cannot undo history.

They're trying to, and that is another battle we have to fight.

Human history is often very ugly.

We can't, and shouldn't, try to erase it.

Young people should KNOW about all this.

If they knew the "juicier", if you will, side of history, they'd have a much easier time recalling it and gaining interest in it all.
