GUN-LOVERS POUNCE ON DAVID HOGG IN WAKE OF CALIFORNIA MASS SHOOTING
In the wake of Sunday’s mass shooting that killed at least three people at the Gilroy Garlic Festival in California, anti-gun activist David Hogg has ignited a war of words on Twitter over the need for more gun control, and many Americans are ferociously firing back.
“I’m tired,” Hogg tweeted early Monday morning. “I’m tired of tweeting out # [insert city name here] strong every week. I’m tired of moments of silence, thoughts and prayers as people continue to die every day. I’m tired of having a government so divided they can’t come together to save lives or our future.”
While his tweet has more than 65,000 likes, there are many comments from gun-loving Americans who are pouncing on Hogg. Some of them include:
Grow Up. I’m 55. Evil Exists. Always has. Always Will. Glad that Americans weren’t too tired to go over to Normandy and take care of business.
I think many in Twitter world would agree with me on this. To use your words. We are tired of you and your tantrums.
I’m tired of people posing as gun safety experts pushing for deadly “feel good” gun laws that only make the public more vulnerable. And then when they don’t work and more people are murdered they are shocked and try it all over again expecting different results. #insanity
I’m tired of having to protect my God-given natural right to defend myself, family, and property from idiots who’ve been conditioned, and brainwash like you, and your audience. Instead of protesting why we need to have our rights taken away do some learning on the 2nd Amendment.
California has passed everything on your gun law wish list.
If you notice a pattern, it is usually “gun free zones” this shooting was stopped when the “good guy” with a gun arrived.
The government can’t save your life, or anyone else’s. Quit trying to give them power. Only you can save yourself. Carry. Push for constitutional carry. #protectyourself
