First Amendment Audit of Disney Studios

At first, these audits may seem like a form of harassment
but they are very useful for everyone to understand the rules
of public photography which is a guaranteed right, per court rulings.
Anything you can see from a public space – you can photograph.
This includes the behavior of public officials.
Also, any government contractor goes by the same rules as the government. If they take pictures of you exercising your rights,
those pictures and that phone can be FOIA'd.
Private security only has jurisdiction ON THEIR OWN PROPERTY.
If they leave private property and approach someone who is on PUBLIC property, then they are not doing it lawfully.
They have no right to command someone to do anything
unless that person is on private property.
Public streets always have an easement to allow for lights and walkways.
Anyway, if an auditor is a good auditor, they will know the law
and make sure that they are following what the law allows.
Audits serve to view how well security handles "situations."
Often you will see lack of training and even naive guards
who practically publicize how nervous and ill prepared they are.
If the concern is that "you might be a terrorist planning an attack"
then they advertise how ill prepared they are.
This is more useful for a govt office or contractor and corporation
than it is for an auditor who is working to ensure
that THEY KNOW THE LAW AND DO NOT VIOLATE FREEDOMS.
In the world of these audits
you can either be a youtube star
or a youtube tyrant
or, if you mind your own business, just another nobody on youtube.
You choose by your actions.
Bad guys lose. Stupid/risky people lose. Good guys win.
Really bad guys – get their asses sued.
Who are the good guys and the bad guys ?
The auditors let us know.
And yes. They risk their safety and livelihoods to do this.
