Looking like ex-governor of Chihuahua Cesar Duarte was arrested on corruption charges by Interpol in ITALY on July 11. No official confirmation yet, but it's in Mexican press. Duarte is close ally of former Mex President Nieto……Thanks Italy and Deputy PM Salvini for your help!
