Some good digs a few days ago taking Penguin House up the chain to Bertelsmann. They got notabled under publishing digs or something like that. Bertelsmann ends up being old German money, NAZI ties, etc. Don't recall any anon finding Gov incentives in 2014. Not a lame theory. Slush funds everywhere.
