Well you must be as smart as the FDA. They also know that the Amish are hiding some "heinous shit". That's why they thought to invade the property of an Amish grandfather and attempt to lock him up for life. He was selling an herbal salve that was "mislabeled". It must have been very good, because they jailed him for it and traumatized his family.
How much did the "study" cost? Perhaps a "self-study" by some shady researchers on the take who are afraid some "professional misconduct" is about to catch up to them. (It could be good research, but really, isn't this obvious?)
