Huh. The Auditors/Authors of "International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Geneva Independent Auditors’ Report" is KPMG SA Audit Western Switzerland.

Turns out that the USG does big bidness w/them; Billions worth. Here's the thing…the majority of the contracts were awarded by the Dept. of Defense. Remember them? The ones who 'lost' a couple of Trillion dollars? So the same auditors that have looked at the Red Cross/Red Crescent Societies' finances also looked at stuff for the DoD. I am SURE there is no there there. Except of course for that Other KPMG in Kazakhstan that got a cool $106M.
