Investigators in Nevada have found evidence indicating an intent to carry out a large-scale attack as well as white supremacist literature in the home of a man suspected of committing a deadly Sunday shooting at a festival in California.
The San Francisco Chronicle reported Tuesday that a search of 19-year-old suspect Santino William Legan's home in Walker Lake, Nev., turned up empty ammunition boxes, a gas mask, a knife, several readings about radical Islam and white supremacy, and a camouflage backpack.

Candidates onstage during the first night of the second Democratic presidential debate on Tuesday night made no mention of either former special counsel Robert Mueller’s report or impeachment.
The 10 candidates onstage in Detroit were asked questions on a variety of issues such as health care, race, immigration, climate change and the economy, but they did not mention Mueller or the possible impeachment of President Trump over roughly 2 ½ hours of debate, nor were they asked about either topic. There also was no talk of foreign interference in U.S. elections.

A day before Jeffrey Epstein, an accused child sex trafficker, was found mysteriously injured in his jail cell, he was served legal documents detailing a woman’s claims that he raped her in his New York City mansion when she was just 15 years old.
Jennifer Araoz, plans to sue Epstein claiming sexual assault, battery and rape by the former friend of Presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton.
Araoz is asking a judge to order Epstein to submit to a deposition, where he can be asked by Araoz’s lawyers the identity of a female “recruiter” who allegedly conspired with him to identify her “as a potential sexual abuse victim.”

The men are accused of belonging to a brutal four-man cell of Islamic State executioners in Syria.
They were nicknamed The Beatles because of their British accents - and are suspected of killing a number of high-profile Western captives.
The pair were captured in January last year and are currently being held in northern Syria.
Their case has sparked an international row over whether they should be returned to the UK for trial or face justice in another jurisdiction.
