The OPR (Office of Professional Management) on the FBI website only lists one person and it's assistant director-Candice Will.

Candice Will was appointed by Robert Mueller in 2004.

I thought this was significant as the OPR is the entity that stated McCabe had not been truthful, thus Session found just cause for firing him.
