“I seen bed bugs, I seen roaches, I seen mices running all through my apartment,” Clifford Bailey said, a resident at the Rabbi Albert M. Shulman Complex run by the Housing Authority. “I have asked them a number of times to do something about the bugs in my apartment, they say they gonna get somebody to come out, they never came out, when they do come out they shoot a little in the cabinet and it walks outta they, it doesn’t treat nothing.”

The Rabbi Albert Shulman Building in South Bend recently refurbished its exterior enclosure by installing ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) panels over the existing steel panel cladding and new aluminum windows. First floor windows were also updated with the installation of new first floor security screens. These modifications give a new, updated and fresh look to the building, while providing added energy efficiency and protection from the elements.
