Can civil litigation really "encumber" evidence seized by the FBI?
I keep wondering about the plant being built in Portland, Texas. It's a joint project between Exxon and Saudi Arabia (SABIC) and is supposed to be the largest steam cracker plant in the world when it's done, whatever the hell that is.
Would it be customary for some element of SA's intelligence apparatus to move into town and oversee the project?
I honestly think that if there's one person who most obviously cut a deal, it's Comey.
