'Two men, one who held refugee status and another who became a lawful permanent resident of the United States, have been arrested after they attempted to leave the United States to fight for the Islamic State in Egypt. Both men are from Somalia, the home country of the notorious Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN).

The two men were allegedly in communication with individuals they believed to be members of the Islamic State, who authorities say gave them logistical information to travel to Egypt and join the Islamic terrorist group. They allegedly expressed an interest in fighting for ISIS or attacking the United States.

However, the Somalians were actually communicating with the FBI.'
