USA Today reports tonight's Black Moon will appear in the North America around 11:13 p.m. ET (10:13 p.m. CT). For the Eastern Hemisphere, tonight's moon will occur after midnight on Aug. 1, meaning it won't be the second New Moon and does not count as the Black Moon.
